Welcome to GoodSleeps, a NZ business aimed at improving sleep for everybody. We are based in Auckland and fulfill all orders on the day they come in.
Shipping Destinations:
We can deliver our products to you anywhere in New Zealand.
Delivery Time Frames:
Our fulfillment location is in Auckland, New Zealand.
New Zealand Delivery Times (in working days)
Business addresses: By 9 AM the next working day
Residential addresses: By 5 PM the next working day
Rural delivery addresses: An extra 2-3 working days
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be subject to unexpected delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or disruptions in the shipping network.
Shipping Costs:
We provide free shipping on all orders
Order Processing:
Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of the order being made. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Partners:
We send our orders with New Zealand Post.
Delivery Issues:
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@goodsleeps.co.nz. We will do our best to fix your issue or send out a replacement order instead.
