Care Instructions

Our covers have waterproof, machine-washable magnetic seams.

Care instructions:

  • Turn inside out and wash on a delicate cycle (no spin, max 80°C).
  • Air-dry until mostly dry (around 85%), then pop in the dryer for 10 minutes.
  • If using a dryer straight from the wash, use a low-heat setting and remove promptly to protect the fabric and magnets.

What type of sounds can I play through the mask?

Anything you want! The sounds come from the device you are playing from. We recommend white noise, soothing sleep sounds or guided meditations to get to sleep.

Is the mask comfortable for side sleepers?

Yes! The speakers are 4mm thick, meaning you can't feel them when you're sleeping on your side. Plus, the speakers are easily adjustable, so you can move them to a less sensitive part of your head.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts for 10 hours before needing to be recharged. There are options to automatically turn the mask off after 1 or 2 hours. The mask takes 2 hours to fully recharge.

Does the mask fit different head sizes?

Yes - there is an adjustable strap which ensures that the mask will fit all head sizes.

Is there an automatic shutoff feature?

Yes. Double press the plus button once automatically switches the battery off after 1 hour. Double pressing the plus button twice switches the battery off after 2 hours.

Can I use the mask if my hair is wet?

We recommend drying hair before using the Smart Sleep Mask to make sure that no water gets into any speakers.

A dream for a shift worker!

This has been a game changer for the shift worker in our house! Kids are no longer waking him up and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is he’s able to get well rested in total darkness! The Bluetooth feature is so cool, able to fall asleep listening to white noise without the rest of the house hearing it.

Just what I need for travel
